Professor Hatam Quliyev is the member of American Association of Oil workers and Geologist, American Association of Oil workers - Engineer, European Association of Engineers and scientists of earth sciences, Bureau member of National Committee of Azerbaijan Geologists. He is the associate member of Azerbaijan National Scientific Academy (ANSA) and the deputy of editor-in chief of ANSA NEWS.

Vaqif Quliyev is the graduate of Baku State University, journalist faculty. He started his journalism activities in Soviet Village newspaper, thereafter; he was the head of department of Communist newspaper; editor-in-chief in Odlar Yurdu newspaper; deputy editor-in-chief in Adalet newspaper. From 1993-94, worked as editor of Writer” Publishing House. 1994-97, was the head of Information and Press Office of Azerbaijan Youth and Sport Ministry. From 2005 he has been working in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan.

Rashad Madjidov graduated from the Baku State University, journalism faculty. He worked as the deputy editor-in-chief of “Adalet” newspaper, “Science and Life” magazine. He was the chairman of “Azermetbuatyayim” (the distribution organization of newspapers and magazines). From 1995 he is a chief Editor of a widely read Azerbaijani newspaper, “525 newspaper”. He is also the secretary of Azerbaijan Writer Union.

Modris Auzinsh was born in Latvia. He graduated from the Literature Institute in Moskow named after Maxim Qorki. After his studies, he had internship programs at several European nations including Bulgaria and Greece. He has worked in the publishing House “Kommersant” in Russia Federation. He was the editor-in-chief of several Russian and Latvian language newspapers in Latvia. He is known for his commentary on “Baltiyskiy bereqa” newspaper.

Lutful Kabir - International Advisor on Programs
Lutful Kabir is a native of Bangladesh. He holds a Master degree in ‘Development Management’ from AIM/Manila, Philippines and a BSc Degree from Karachi University. He had participated in numerous post-graduate courses on Management & Strategic Planning from various Universities and International Institutes. He was a frequent lecturer on Civil Society, OD, Strategic Planning and CDD approach at various universities in Azerbaijan. He authored several Policy & Procedure Manuals and CD Manual for the country offices he had worked during the past 24 years of his professional career. Lutful Kabir was the Chief Technical Advisor (CTA) of UNDP assigned to IND (Institute of National De-mining) in Mozambique. Prior to joining UNDP/IND-Mozambique in January 2005, Lutful was the CTA for UNDP’s Mine Action Program for about 2 years and the CTA for the Civil Society Development Program (CSDP) in Azerbaijan for more than 5 years. He regularly taught Development Management, OD, Leadership Building, Institutional Development, Conflict Management, Community Driven Development (CDD) Approach, Strategic Planning etc., to the mid/senior level managers of the national and international NGOs, and UN.
