The law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “on amendments to the law” on non-governmental organizations (public associations and foundations)” of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated February 2013, 15, 561-IVQD, on application of the law of the Republic of A

1. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan:

1. within three months to prepare and submit to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan proposals on harmonization of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and acts of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Foundations) ”;

1.  within three months to ensure compliance of normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic with this Law and to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic about it;

1. Taking into account the requirements of Article 24-1.5 of this Law and Part 4 of this Decree, the “Form, content and submission of the annual financial report of a non-governmental organization” approved by the Resolution No. 201 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 25, 2009 to make relevant changes in the "Rules" within two months and inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan about it;

1. to control the compliance of normative legal acts of central executive bodies with this Law and to inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on its implementation within five months;
2.  to resolve other issues arising from this Law.

2.  The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure compliance of normative legal acts and normative acts of central executive bodies with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan“ On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Foundations) ”. give information.

3. To determine that the powers of the “relevant executive authority” provided for in Article 24-1.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Foundations)” are vested in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the first case; Implemented by the Ministry of Finance.

4.  The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall send the information provided for in Article 24-1.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Non-Governmental Organizations (Public Associations and Foundations)” to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan once a year.
