The agreement was signed between the founder of Eurasia Media Network and the chairman of the International Eurasia Press Fund which is a high -status member of NGO department of UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)- Umud Mirzayev and Permanent Secretary of Media Action for Peace & Development in Africa - Mr. Jean Paul Nanfack.
