The International Peace Bureau (IPB) founded in 1891, is one of the world oldest international peace federations. The International Peace Bureau is dedicated to the vision of a World Without War. IPB has had Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council since 1977. It also has associate status with the Department of Public Information. IEPF Chairman, Mr.Umud Mirzayev is a member of International Peace Bureau (IPB) since 2001 and he is a representative of IPB in 18 western Asian countries.
During his visit, Mr. Mirzayev had a long conversation with IPB Secretary-General Colin Archer – a person who always thinks about peace and devoted considerable period of his life working in this field. Moreover he met with Oksana Kobzar, representative of Ukrainian civil society sector. In this trilateral meeting, they were discussing various interesting projects and new IPB targets.
