On November 5-6, IEPF President Umud Mirzayev and Vice President Ramil Azizov attended the World Summit in Paris with the participation of two thousand people at the Peace Corps in Paris. The event is devoted to sustainable development, the role of social business in the fight against poverty, the prospects for peace in social problems, sustainable environmental protection, and other topics. 
 
The event, ongoing by the initiative of the Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus, was attended by the  Mayor of Paris  Anna Hidalgo, Princess of Luxembourg Maria Theresa, Spanish Queen, Princess of Greece and Denmark Sofia, UN Chairman and Political Assistant Thomas Gus, Ecosystem Leader Lisa Svenson. Speaking at the event, the head of the Parisian merchant said that every year the Union of Paris takes 1,000 initiatives on support peace initiatives and sustainable development. The Queen of Spain said that it was necessary to take concrete steps to stop the poverty and war in the world. 
 
On the eve of this event, Umud Mirzayev met with the Queen of Luxembourg and reported on Azerbaijan. Umud Mirzayev exchanged views with the Assistant Secretary-General of the United Nations for Security and Cooperation in the Field of Sustainable Development and Peace, Tomas Gus, for inclusion an unjust war against Azerbaijan on the UN agenda. IEPF President Umud Mirzayev informed Nobel Peace Prize winner Muhammad Yunus and other participants about the Armenia-Azerbaijan Civil Peace Platform.
 
The head of the Paris Trade Support for Peace and Sustainable Development stated that Muhammad Yunus earned the title of Honorary Citizen of Paris for supporting the 2014 Olympic Games.
 
On the initiative of Umud Mirzayev, moderator Hans Reits touched upon the importance of technological development, solidarity in the interests of peace and sustainable development.
