The competition was held in the framework of the Boomerang project offered to IEPF by a group of young people consisting of 30 students of the State College of Economics in Aghdam.

The President of the International Eurasia Press Fund Umud Mirzayev, the Director of the State College of Economics in Aghdam Natig Javadov and the General Consultant of the Social and Political Department of Aghdam Executive Power Ziya Humbetov attended the event.

Five teams - “Evrika”, “Shahinler”, “Idrak”, “Sulh” and “Senetkarlar” competed with each other during a game.

Overall 30 questions were given to the teams in two-stage competition. “Shahinler” took the first place by its 16 true answers.

It was the first time when the intellectual game was held in Aghdam region.

The main aim of the “Empowering the IDP Youth for the Civil Society Participation” project is to support refugee youth in development of civil society by supporting and financing their ideas and projects about non-formal education like “Forum theatres”. Moreover, it has an objective to support their active participation in community development process in the regions.

For that reason it is expected to implement two projects and build “Forum theatres” in Barda, Tartar and Aghdam regions.
