Punhan Huseyn oglu Rustamov was born on September 11, 1998 in the city of Baku. From 2005 to 2014 he studied at the secondary school No. 258 in Baku, and then between 2014 and 2016 at the city school No. 1 in the Yevlakh region. He has been studying at the Azerbaijan Cooperation University since 2017. Currently in International Volunteers, Nirvana Academy is also an administrator. Participated in 3 media projects.
