IEPF conducts the presentation of the book “Tears of heaven”

“The first step is the beginning of the long and hard way. We really happy to see Ulker at the mainstream of Azerbaijan Poetry, which has a big grassroots and historical tradition” Author also mentioned a big responsibility of her first book: “Poetry is the best way to express my feelings. And the book gives an opportunity to me and my thoughts and my experience to be shared with others. I tremendously appreciate people to give such an opportunity to me. Also I’d like to mention that this is the biggest present I have ever received”
It should be noted that the editor of the book and preface’s author is Server Shahbeyli. And the technical editor is Mubariz Pirili.
