Heybat Alovsat oglu Gurbanli was born on November 13, 1999 in Gobustan region. He received his secondary education in 2006-2007 at the Chukhanli village secondary school named after Galib Alakbarov of Gobustan region. He is currently a third-year student at the same university.

In 2020, he became a member of the Regional Social Development Union established by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. He has been an active volunteer of the International Eurasian Press Foundation since 2020.
