Aynur Rasim gizi Agayeva was born on February 21, 1999 in Kulullu district of Ismayilli region. 2005-2016 her received her secondary education at the Sahib Hasanov secondary school located in Gubakhalilli village of Ismayilli region. she has been studying at Baku Engineering University (Qafqaz University) since 2016. She has been a member of the New Azerbaijan Party since 2017
