bank document on the payment of the participation fee in the tender;
tender offer (must be valid for at least 30 (thirty) banking days after the date of opening of tender envelopes (April 12, 2023) (ie until at least May 30, 2023);

A certificate of the ability to use one's own property freely and without restrictions, as well as the ability to pay, not being declared bankrupt, not having his property seized, not having a pledge aimed at payment, not being a person whose commercial activity has been suspended by a court decision (encumbrance)
Bidders are required to place their bids in a closed envelope in a signed and sealed manner, then seal the envelope and write the name of the relevant tenderer.
