Tabriz Panah oglu Ashrafli was born on February 14, 1998 in Goshakend village of Ismayilli region. He completed his secondary education in Goshakend village of Ismayilli region between 2004-2016
He graduated from Goshakend village secondary school of Ismayilli region. In 2016-2018, he studied at the Gazakh branch of Baku State University and voluntarily continued his higher education at the Shamakhi branch of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University on September 15, 2018.
