Bahar Khanlar gizi Rzayeva was born on January 13, 1999 in the city of Baku. From 2005 to 2016, she received his secondary education at the secondary school No. 9 named after Namig Mammadov in the Nasimi district of Baku. Since 2017, she has been studying at the Cooperation University. she was the vice-president of the dance department of the Aku Art club of the university where I studied.
I was awarded a diploma and a bronze medal by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan for my active participation in the national dance in 2019
she started his volunteer activity in 2020. Her first activity was in the training "Human engineering - to be a responsible citizen for the future".
