Selenay Elshan gizi Rustamova was born on September 5, 2001 in Mahamalar village of Balakan region. She started her secondary education in 2007 at Mahamalar village secondary school named after N.Narimanov in Balakan region. she was a presenter of the school for 5 years. she participated in many poetry competitions and was awarded diplomas, honorary degrees and 1st place. While studying at the school, he entered the Bulbul Children's Art School in 2011. she also participated in the choir before graduating from art school. she participated in many choral music festivals. she graduated from the School of Art in 2017. In 2018, she graduated from high school.
In 2019, she was admitted to the Baku Business and Cooperation College (BBKK) with a degree in Insurance. she is currently a second-year student at the college.
