Murad Hikmat oglu Veliyev was born on June 12, 2002 in Baku. He received his secondary education at secondary school No. 6. In 2019, he graduated from secondary school No. 162 named after E.Aliyev. In 2020, he graduated from ADA University's English Language Program for Academic and Professional Purposes.
In 2018, he participated in the Jara International Music Festival.
In 2019, he worked as a Marshal at the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Socar Grand Prix.
In 2019, he participated in the "Baku Marathon-2019" event organized by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the "Regional Development" Public Union.
He took part in the "Learn the rules of the road" legal event organized by the Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, the Azerbaijan Automobile Federation and the Regional Development Public Union.
